Two popular international authors will be making appearances in New Zealand over the next two weeks!

Joanne Harris, the author of Chocolat and several other bestselling novels, will be touring NZ in September. She'll be here to promote her latest novel in the Chocolat series Peaches for Monsieur le Curé and her new collection of short stories A Cat, a Hat and a Piece of String.

John Boyne is also coming to NZ. he is best known for his debut children’s novel, The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas which was made into an award-winning Miramax film. The novel itself won two Irish Book Awards, the Bisto Book of the Year, and was shortlisted or won a host of international awards.

John will be here this week and next to promote his new children’s book, The Terrible Thing that Happened to Barnaby Brocket.
